Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Debit/Credit Cards, and Gift Cards.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS / REFUNDS:

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds due to most products being handmade upon each order and also due to the nature of the products and health and safety guidelines, but please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

CANCELATIONS: 

We do accept cancelations, but you must cancel within one (1) hour of purchase since most products are handmade upon each order.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer the following shipping policy which may vary by item and location.

Processing time: 1-3 business days, often times the product will ship the same day. For very large or custom orders, processing time may take a little longer.

Standard Shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery. At times, beyond our control it may take longer due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Expedited Shipping is not available.

Shipping Rates: We offer low flat rate shipping fees from $4.95 to $10.95 depending on the weight of the order. For multiple products in one order there may be a small additional fee.

Free Shipping: Spend $35+ and receive free standard shipping. You will also receive free shipping on orders that weigh less than 1 pound.

Orders usually are packed together, but at times we may be packaged separately to keep items from getting damaged or if they are heavy in weight.

Locals: Free pick-up, no minimum purchase required. Send a message when placing your order that you wish to pick-up and you will receive a notification with pick-up details when your order is ready.
